Engagement letter and onboarding
After verbal confirmation, you receive an engagement letter, Direct Debit mandate via Adfin, and a 30-day onboarding plan — all within one working day. We handle the handover from your current accountant if you have one.

- Review and sign the engagement letter
- Authorise the Adfin Direct Debit mandate
- Grant HMRC and software authorisations

- Set up Adfin Direct Debit for predictable monthly fees
- Contact your previous accountant and run the full handover

Year-round through Compliance Vault™
From month two onwards, you're inside the standard. Monthly numbers arrive by the 7th. Deadlines are tracked. Advisory is raised before windows close. And your Annual Compliance Review fires at month 12 to renew everything for the year ahead.
What you do
- Send records and documents as captured (we'll show you how)
- Reply to RR communications within 48 business hours
- Attend the ACR call once a year

- Deliver Portfolio Reporting Pack by the 7th of each month
- File every HMRC and Companies House deadline on time (Deadline Lock)
- Raise advisory opportunities before planning windows close
- Run the Annual Compliance Review at month 12
