What you might need

Have these ready to complete your review without interruption.

  • Your current email address on file with us
  • Photo ID (passport or driving licence) if AML refresh is needed
  • Proof of address dated within 3 months (utility bill or bank statement)
  • UK bank account details for Direct Debit

Not everyone will need all of these. We'll tell you exactly what's required once you start.

If something doesn't look right

Your service level and monthly plan are confirmed as part of the annual review. If your current plan doesn't match what you actually need, you can request a short call to discuss options.

This might apply if your business has grown, your structure has changed, or you need different support than before.

Important: We can only continue work once engagement terms are signed, required AML checks are completed, and billing is in place (or an agreed exception). If your review is not completed, we may need to pause work on your account.
